Summer Speed & Strength Youth Training (5-weeks)
Keep your kids moving this summer with our awesome workout groups! This is our most popular workout season for youth athletes. Every training session, our athletes participate in speed work, explosive exercises, as well as learn the basics of weightlifting. This is a great way to get your athlete having fun, growing confidence, and learning new skills around peers!
What: Youth workout programs specifically designed to tap into your athletes potential. We pride ourselves on having a fun, safe environment that forms the groundwork for lifelong fitness along with athletic performance.
Who: Athletes age 8-13. Athletes may be separated based on age/skill within facility during workout.

When: Starting Monday June 16th. Choose one of the following:
-Monday/Wednesday from 8:30-9:30
OR
-Tu/Th from 8:30-9:30
AND
-Friday from 8:30-10
