Get ready to elevate your strength and performance with our Spring Workout Class! As the season shifts, it's the perfect time to refresh your fitness routine and challenge yourself with a program designed to maximize gains! Every training session, our athletes participate in speed work, explosive exercises, as well as learn the basics of weightlifting. This is a great way to get your athlete having fun, growing confidence, and learning new skills around peers!
What: Youth workout programs specifically designed to tap into your athletes potential. We pride ourselves on having a fun, safe environment that forms the groundwork for lifelong fitness along with athletic performance.
Who: Athletes age 8-15. Athletes may be separated based on age/skill within facility during workout.

When: 11-weeks Starting Monday March 31st, classes will run MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY FROM 4-5 PM
Final Class Thursday June 12th
